01

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern Arc's website, desktop application, Studio plugin and Arc Cloud features. The service is operated by Micah Ojo, based in the United Kingdom ("Arc", "we", "us"). Support and business email: [to be added].

By creating an account or using Arc, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Arc is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Roblox or Google.

02

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have any parent/guardian authorisation or other permission required to enter this agreement. Use accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and only connect Studio projects and provider accounts you are authorised to use.

Email and Google are alternative authentication methods for Arc accounts. You must complete any required username setup. Do not impersonate another person, share accounts to evade limits or attempt to access another user's work.

03

What Arc does

Arc helps inspect and modify Roblox Studio projects and generate code, interface elements and R6 animations through AI and connected tools. Features depend on your selected model, connection, account entitlement and the availability of third-party services.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review generated work, keep project backups, test changes and check rights and platform rules before publishing. Approval and Stop controls help manage tasks, but cannot guarantee that every change is correct or undo work already applied.

04

Your content and generated work

You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant Arc permission to process, transmit and store that material only as needed to operate the requested service, provide support, protect security and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

As between you and Arc, Arc does not claim ownership of the generated code or animations delivered to you. Output may resemble other output and may contain material subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for checking licences, permissions and suitability. Arc's software, branding and website remain protected by their respective owners' rights; open-source components keep their own licence terms.

05

Acceptable use

Do not use Arc for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, unauthorised access, credential theft, malicious code or abuse of provider/platform systems. Do not upload content you lack permission to use, evade metering or access controls, disrupt the service or probe other users' data.

Third-party AI providers and Roblox may impose additional rules. You are responsible for following rules applicable to your project and configured provider accounts.

06

Plans, usage and purchases

Only the price, included usage, renewal terms and limits shown in an actual purchase flow form a paid offer. Concept pricing or preview features do not create a paid subscription. Arc Cloud requests can consume allowance or credits, including generation attempts; stopping a task may not reverse provider usage already incurred.

Before a paid checkout launches, it must disclose the total price, any recurring charge, cancellation method, credit rules and applicable refund/cooling-off rights. These signup terms do not waive cancellation rights or authorise immediate paid supply. Any consent and acknowledgement required for early digital supply must be obtained separately at checkout.

Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed services/digital content, apply regardless of any additional refund policy. Provider fees on your own AI account are governed by your agreement with that provider.

07

Availability, suspension and leaving

Arc may change features, interrupt the service for maintenance or suspend access to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain material restrictions and provide a way to raise an error with the operator. Changes do not remove rights you have for an existing paid purchase.

You can stop using Arc at any time, disconnect Studio and sign out. Deleting a conversation is separate from deleting an account. Account deletion requests will be handled with proportionate identity checks and any lawful retention requirements.

08

Responsibility and consumer rights

Arc must exercise the care and skill required by applicable law. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. You are responsible for decisions to apply, run or publish generated work and for protecting your original project files.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. We do not impose a blanket "no refunds" rule or require you to give up statutory remedies.

09

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in any court available under applicable law; these terms do not require mandatory arbitration or remove access to a court.

Please raise service issues with the operator once the contact address is published. You may also use any complaint or dispute route available by law.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for changes to the service or law. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel. Where a change requires renewed agreement, we will ask for it. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
